Make your own fun Sinterklaas garland from fabric. The large garland contains 15 flags, each 24 cm long, making it a 7-meter garland. It comes beautifully packaged, making it a great gift. The bunting is washable and will last for years.
There is also a mini version available with smaller flags of 15 cm from which you can make a garland of 3.5 cm long.
This garland is easy to make. Cut the flags from the fabric. Place the two printed sides together and sew the flags together with a sewing machine or serger. Turn the flags right side out so the printed sides are facing out. Pin the flags to the bias tape, spacing them 20 cm apart. Sew the bias tape closed with the flags between them.
